Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Absolutely! We offer customization options for many of our designs or completely custom pieces. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Are there any care instructions for your items?
For best results, we recommend washing your garment inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low or let air dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design to preserve its quality.
What are your shipping and return policies?
We offer free standard shipping within 3-5 days after processing. For urgent orders, please get in touch with us; additional charges for rushed shipping may apply. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. Please note that all products are custom and created specifically to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt at [Info@differently-gifted.com] with your order number, details and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
What is your liability policy regarding product use?
